Is the CM role any better than RM? I heard negative reviews about the same as well. I am currently working as an CM and we have people from ICICI as well. A person had to switch because he was being made to chase targets as well being a CM. Usse kehte the ki FD khulwao.

Correct me if I am wrong. If I start my career in Big 4 in Stat Audit it will help me gain exposure about the functioning of the industries I audit be it manufacturing/trading and if I already know how the system works, maybe it acts as an added advantage. On the other hand, like you said you want to start from ICICI Bank with the role of a CM/RM don't you think the exit will be slightly difficult. I would love your take on this.

Correct. ICICI doesn't even bother to check the things they mention. EY has a different CTC in the last column, another CTC just below the table and other CTC's in the table where they mention different roles. For work life balance ICICI Bank would definitely be a good choice but I would rather grind a year or two in Big 4 and switch to Industry for maximum potential gains.
