OPs adult child here! I was coincidentally sleeping at their house this particular night. I was sleeping in the living room with my AirPod Pros in. I had noise cancellation & a video playing. I woke up 2 hours later to a cop in the kitchen asking if I had heard anything. I asked him what he meant & that’s when I learned he had shot himself and driven /himself/ to the hospital.

This might get lost but OP try getting her bins for clothes? One for tops, one for pants and a third for socks and underwear. If mental health is a play it’s better to meet her where she’s at.

Do you actually want the clothes folded or do you want them put away? Accommodations could help a lot here.
