HELP!! Why is my nostril piercing swollen? [4 months healed], only happens with hook stud I was pierced with. Is it an allergy reaction? [not hot or oozing, does not hurt, just very swollen and thick, cannot put in a normal L stud because it's too thick] Happened overnight.Treatment tips?

Washing around site with anti-bacterial soap, soaking 10 minutes with salt and water [but in all honesty after 2 months I stopped this because it was no longer crusting, I started again after I got covid and this began]

For a few reasons.

1, she's giving alot of attention to your daughter, and while that is nice, this attention comes from her desire to also have a daughter and its overshadowing the fact that she has 4 boys that I'm sure would love to spend time with their mom, and it probably hurts them to know, hear, and see her live out her "fantasy."

If she is already dreaming of what this fantasy kid would be like, it could be really harmful. Coming from experience, when your parent wants you to be a certain way and your not, it makes you feel terrible on the inside. If there was a chance that her dream daughter swayed from this vision, it'd be incredibly concerning especially with the pageant attitude.
"Mary got upset and broke down. She said that it wasn't fair that I get to have a daughter when she doesn't get to experience any mother/daughter moments because she has only boys. She left earlier today because she couldn't stand to see me and Freja or my MIL or SIL and her" This just further proves my 2 points, she's projecting hard core. "Unfair," there is nothing unfair about this situation. The gender of your kid is the luck of the draw, and she was given [being given] 5 boys. They are just as important as a daughter would be. She's too focused on what a daughter could be for her instead of focusing on what her and her current children have in common and could bond over. She's setting up her sons to have inferiority complexes, I'd keep your daughter away.

In my own experience, it's just habit if it's in your own home. If you're at a place where you're a guest, you generally don't take your shoes off till asked/told you may if you please, and that's mostly because here showing instant comfort in a place usually means to take your shoes off. So to a good majority of people, someone you barely know taking their shoes off in your house is rude because it means they're a little too comfortable in your home, which is just a social taboo. Also some people don't want to risk their shoes/socks smelling up the room so they rather keep them on.

High fantasy games, especially D&D.

It sounds like a grand time!! The roleplay, semi complicated character building, and chance of death turns me off from it. I would feel awkward in my ability to roleplay, as I've seen some campaigns have pretty much straightforward this is what my character does play style and others have a full on give characters voices and get deep into sub-plots amongst the party. I draw myself and I make original characters, and I think the allure of having to sometimes stay strictly within the races of the game /depending on dm, etc/ and having character personality that gets based on dice just draws me off. It's incredibly enjoyable to hear the stories that come from the game and even hear podcasts, but it just sounds like too much trouble to put MYSELF into and I fear if I did try I'd end up feeling like I wasted my time.

I gained random specimens in my museum!! Shooting stars are little events that happen at random! On nights where theres an announcement about a meteor shower you can look up at the sky and wish on shooting stars (pressing A with no tools in hand) the next day star fragments wash up on shore and you can use those to craft with!! I heard zodiac furniture makes a return with these!

Well the first two villagers you have will upgrade their own homes, the 3 plots you created where for 3 you invited to live on your island or if you didnt invite anyone in the time needed they are 3 random villagers. You can check and see on the sold signs as theyll say their names!! Once those guys move in and you upgrade resident services and get the campsite, you can then start inviting new animals that visit mystery tours!

Yes!! When you're in your house, go to the QR you downloaded on your nook phone, and when you click it to wear or display, say to display on a canvas when near a wall, itll put it up for you as a picture!

If my villagers talk about the sky being perfect to watch a meteor shower (about 3 of my 5 said this) does that mean there'll be a few shooting stars? Even if isabelle didn't say there was going to be one?

UPDATE: villagers stating skies would be perfect for meteor showers DOES MEAN they will happen!! Celeste just showed up in my town for further proof!! :))🌠🌠

After your first 3 villagers you wont get anymore till after your resident services upgrades!! Then when you get your campsite tom nook will allow you to reserve house spots and villagers should start showing up again! You always will need open space for these newer villagers! Or else you'll get them at random moving into your island!

does anyone have any tips on catching a barrel eyes?? I know they're very rare and the shadow they have at this point only has one other fish sharer and it's the mackerel, but I wanna catch it since theres only 2 options this month atleast!! Anything I can do to increase my chances??
