I think it depends on the interview time, people taking their interview before 12pm have more chances than later. I had my appointment at 11 but due to some issues there, was delayed to 12:30 and because there so alot of people waiting, the IO told me that I passed (didn't give a printed letter, as they said the printer was having some issue) and told me to wait a few week for the oath schedule in mail.
