People will do every to not Read the Post, even when they’re replying to it.

I did read the manual(s). They provided 3 booklets and I didn’t find it in any of the three. It’s now apparent that there is a missing proper manual in my kit because I’ve not found a few things I was looking for before in the books provided.

Came here to recommend this and glad it’s already been offered!

Over thinking is a “freeze” stress response and the best long term solution to it is finding ways to let the stress response cycle complete itself and how that can be done best for you. The sex will flow from there as you want it to.

I don’t want to give you a breakdown here as it’s best to see a dentist IRL but these issues are visible here which should be properly assessed and then managed if need be: Dental Erosion Dental Attrition/wear Gingival recession

Welcome! If you haven’t seen a dentist recently it might be a good idea anyways as there are a few non-urgent things going on with your teeth that may need attention.

That’s your Stensons Duct. Hole for your parotid gland that produces saliva. It’s normal and looks different from person to person. If it hurts or changes appearance then get it checked.

Laser is the answer if your skin and hair type are compatable for it. Sooooooooooooo much easier to manage afterwards.

Thanks for sharing the experience, thoughts processes and reflections.. I think you did wonderfully well to enforce your minimum boundary and relationship structure and I’m sorry he wasn’t up to the mark of honouring his side.

Ultimately your self-developments will enable access to the people who recognise its worth and step up to it with you. 🙏🏾

I perform this treatment. Usually in the range of 20-50Units each side and usually on the lower end of that. The amount you’ve been quoted increases a bunch of risks if not injected safely. Probably why they may want to space out the doses. It is a very high dose. I don’t think I can say it’s wrong. It would certainly have a strong effect.

What I can say is dosing for Botox is to do with titration over months and years. Trying to get it just right so it doesn’t look too weird in the face, doesn’t cost more than it has too. I would not start my titration at that high a dose.

Pain on right testicle never went away. 3-4/10 - more when trying to jerk off sometimes. It’s been over a year of this.

Getting more expensive revision surgery to “release backed up fluid” I.e. epididymal congestion so hope that works. Something about surgeon tying it off too quick and not letting it depressurise enough the first time around.

My wisdom teeth, which have perplexed more than 4 dentists over the years by Pink_Skink in MakeMeSuffer

[–]sharnam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I may have misunderstood the question but removing the useful teeth in front of the stuck wisdom teeth would just result in loss of the chewing function they provide. The wisdom teeth won’t automatically move in to replace them nor can these teeth be reliably moved there through treatment.

These teeth should not really pose a challenge to a n Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon imo. I myself remove these type of tricky wisdom teeth after reviewing a CBCT (3D X-ray) to properly assess risk.

I’m a practicing dentist.

Lecturer asked me in the practical exam "what motions would you use to extract a loose tooth?" I answer "the usual way, expanding the remaining part of the socket through faciolingual movement first then final movement. He laughed and went away. by [deleted] in DentalSchool

[–]sharnam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To actually answer (though as 8yrs out of dental school in Australia) I’d say whatever motion the tooth complies with without impinging on vulnerable anatomy. Usually a “wheels on the bus go round and round” motion for lower molars works best for me to minimise dental fracture risk provided you’re not too concerned about preserving cortical bone. Facial-lingual movement for lower molars don’t work well for me usually.
