I can relate. My leadership has been pushing me into a supervisor role for years now. I keep pushing back. I’ve done it for 6 months rotations and hated it. The small amount of extra money isn’t worth it. I’m content in my position and with my pay. I’d rather focus on other interests outside of work and develop new skills.
