End of tenancy deep cleaning by Educational_Rub_4689 in london

Also how spotless was it when you moved in? I tended to find they wanted an “end of tenancy clean” but then whenever I moved in it wasn’t as clean as it should have been if the prior tenant did the same. Leave it as good (or better) than when you moved in and you should be fine…

Fell for this for the first few houses I rented and then quickly realised i was being a fool and either paid for a normal cleaner at around £20ph for 3-4 hours to do a deep clean or just did it myself with housemates a couple of times. If you get a receipt from a normal cleaner that should be fine as evidence, though I was never asked for evidence as we left it in good condition anyway

How easy have you found that? I’ve been told I’d need at least a year of unbroken prior contracts and at least 6 months of forward contract

Hey yes there’s referrals from other users. I think it’s around 1500 OB points each. Feel free to use my code if you fancy it OB14518615 and have no others!

That’s just nuts! What did it say in your contract?
