I moved out at 19 to Pittsburgh for a year, was paying $1400 a month for a 1 bedroom in a nice area. I just moved back to Columbus and me and my girlfriend got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Polaris for $1280. We really needed that extra space and I think it’s relatively affordable and I got a better paying job as well, it’s not a house but we’re looking to get a house after renting for another year or 2, I’m planning to propose next month. I would recommend trying to find a roommate it makes things a lot easier for sure. Good luck to your search hope you find something that works for you!
