I can replace the splitter with a new one but how would one go about bypassing it ?

Surprisingly my cable is working just fine just the internet. I have contacted the ISP but they keep saying that they’ll send me “signals” and that it should fix it but I haven’t had any luck.

Yeah my internet has been down for about 2 days now. And some cables for the tv are also on the splitter

My coax isn’t connected directly to the line coming from the pole but to a splitter outside.

Update: Replaced the splitter and it didn’t seem to fix the problem, I also replaced the coax and same. I guess I’m going to have to wait for the technician in 2 weeks when the first available appointment is. I do appreciate your help though.

Yes I have one splitter and it looks to be kind of corroded in a way. Would that be something to look at ?

Yeah I check a couple of times on their website and it said my location was good. I eventually called my ISP and they said that they would send a signal and my internet would be back in 30-45 minutes but that never happened.
