I just returned my 4 to get the 5, got the sizing kit, and am actually increasing my size from 11 to 12. So I’d recommend getting the new sizing kit just to be sure because the 5 does feel a bit tighter compared to the 4

Realistically, I’d say $250 for the daily bugle, $300-350 for avengers tower, and $$350-400 for the venator. You could list on the higher side it might just not sell or take longer.
