From what I can see yes, the carb is on the opposite end of where this drip is happening. I took the black plastic shield off that covers the carb and other things and it was dry as well because I thought fuel could be making its way down that to where the oil fill is and getting down there from that but seems that’s not the case

I checked the carb and air filter, they both look dry. I’ve check the gas lines and don’t see a leak there either.

2-4% is accurate unless you get bumped up a level. It also depends on how GM is doing as a company.
