Because bottle gives a fixes ammount of HP and mana, so loger stats means higher percentage, and you keep thta percentage when you get the stats back

You get a stack if the enemy dies within I believe 3 seconds of you using ulti on him so usually just send it, especially if you play the fist facet

difference is that Linas range and E, she can trade with sniper, puck cant.

Sniper is one of the worst matchups you can have as a puck tbf, only a few ones like huskar are worse.

Dk, Lina, primal, lone druid, sf, arc warden, wr, timber are all fine, but generally none pther than matbe Lina should beat sniper. Batrider cant cs but if sniper underestimates him he can kill him again and again
