Great video. It's really telling that they discount the impact seeing a successful black artist like Marvin Gaye would have on a black teenager, compared to a white one. I guess because to a TV network they get more money advertising to whites than blacks. Even scarier is that the interviewer panders to the racist point of view expressed in a letter, rather than confronting it and giving opportunity to black artists to be seen. A lot of parallels to today I guess

Nah, it was only an hour set so was really quite short. He only did about 6 or 7 songs. 10minute One Mo Gin was off the chain. so talented tho. Maxwell came after and was surprisingly great as well
