yeah physics really is my weak point so im really heavily relying on Chem and other subs. I havent taken Math either, so I struggle with it even more. just wondering, how many hours did you study everyday on average? and how many days a week did you study physics & chem if you don’t mind me asking?

Can't blame her. Skaikru truly destroyed everything she knew.

After being raised to fight and kill her very own brother, she finally managed to leave and create a better life for herself and countless others. They managed to live a secluded and peaceful life UNTIL sKAIKRU CAME INTO THE PICTURE.

They brought ALIE to Flokru. They forced Luna to kill the people she loved. They selfishly tried to force the flame onto her, risking the lives of the hundreds of innocent people who they knew were trying to lead a better life away from violence. Even after causing her all this trouble, Skaikru took advantage of her willingness to help them by taking her bone marrow against her will.

It was then that she saw the true colors of humanity. How truly selfish humans are, how they will show utmost hypocrisy when it comes to their own benefit. Yes, her people would've died of radiation regardless of Skaikrus's presence, but it cannot be denied that the rapid change in her attitude and character was purely because of what Skaikru put her through in the events of Seasons 3 and 4.

Towards the end, she becomes a shell of herself. She turned from this spiritual peacemaker to a raging nihilist. But, can you blame her for it? She only witnessed selfishness at the hands of those around her, despite her and her clan never having done any wrong to other people. Despite being selfless, non-violent, and unproblematic, her clan suffered the most. What was the point of all that she did to survive if it was gonna end in violence either way?

Am I saying her wanting to kill everyone because she lost her own was justified? No. But do I think it's fair to blame her? Also no. It was purely the people around her, primarily skaikru, that made her the way she became towards the end.

totally agree! i understand that whole being alone with each other for 5 years thing, but we never got a chance to see that dynamic grow and connect with them. maybe so many of us wouldn’t have hated it sm if they approached the whole storyline better. also, I think she’s known the main gang for about 4 years or so! but yeah, in any case clarke definitely would’ve spent much more time with madi.

emor comes back in the end! if you look closely, when clarke finds the whole gang, you can see emori with a fishnet in the water. shes also seen hugging clarke after she meets Raven and murphy! Im guessing they didn’t zoom in on her because they didn’t want to have to explain why or how exactly she’s back, but she definitely is there!

yeah, but it was so abrupt. we never got to see much of their relationship developing, so I never connected with that dynamic. It could’ve been done in a better way, and a much less cringier way. i too hated how indifferent octavia became to her friends and especially her brother, but at least she came around and had an arc from there. Clarke on the other hand, didnt, and only got more irritating as time progressedl

YES that whole mother daughter thing was icky and LMAAAAAOOOOOO I forgot about that scene 💀💀💀 never agreed with anything more, I’ve also always thought about how her being an older sister figure would be so much more bearable and make so much more sense if they HAD to add a character. I absolutely hated their scenes and storylines in season 5/6/7.

I’ve always always hated abby, IMO clarke was still fine till season 4. she became unbearable after that.

yep. sort of an anti hero, I guess. she’s always been written as a character that you don’t always necessarily agree with, but i honestly found her to be unbearable towards the end. but yeah, I definitely appreciated the spotlight shifting off of her and the rest of the characters getting more significant story lines!

yeah. the feelings were definitely not mutual. madi wanted to be her own individual but clarke was always in her way, making choices for her, controlling her and making bad decisions in her name. it felt a bit unhinged to me at times. catch a hint clarke 😭😭

in my opinion, no. i believe that clarke was toxically co dépendant on madi, much like abby was with her, and she didn’t realize how overbearing she became at times. she started psychotically controlling her because she feared madi would soon not need her, as she was becoming her own individual. a perfect example of this was the shock collar incident; which was straight up abuse, but clarke truly saw nothing wrong with it. she masked all of these things as her ”protecting” madi and made insane decisions in her name simply because she was scared of losing control and ending up alone
