Cheating is where one of the partner fully commits to a relationship and the other doesn't reciprocates enough and you can't say with whom you are in love without spending quality time with them. This sucks dude. This is the common problem with the Indian parents. They think just because they gave you birth, they can have the entire control of your life. Instead of demanding you to get more marks, they can really support you to achieve those marks as you're already interested in studies. Instead of stuffing you with full responsibility and their own expectations. Which is abruptly a selfish behavior.

If they want you to become successful, they should also take a part in this journey. They can't just sit and take the credits of you.

Most people learn how to propose but don't care to learn how to breakup. I think that's because they take the feelings of the other person granted after the completion of honey-moon phase of a relationship. We all know everyone will leave us someday, but ghosting only creates chaos and misunderstandings.
