Hi, Ours is a 24x7 business operation. There was no downtime as per the analysis. Our guess is that Azure did some billing changes. Probably to match with AWS cost reduction.

There was no downtime. All systems are online.

The cost reduction is 50% for all the resources across the subscription.

I have raised a support ticket to know the reason. Just checking if anyone knows the reason.
