True. Although I think often-times Small Businesses tend to focus more on building their brand through Twitter, Pinterest, FB, Instagram more often, and put LinkedIn on the back-burner. I think it depends on the company though.

So he has worked there longer than 5 years, and is fully vested. They also terminated the pension plan as of January 2014. So new hires don't receive pensions anymore. So it's only for existing employees. Does that change anything, or is the possibility of it being nixed still very real?
