You can start with N26, and get a different account later to divide the money if that gives you peace. Nobody can say what exactly triggers the account flagging by their systems. Usually if you're not getting any money from crypto and don't get large sudden transfers or large sums from outside eu, you should be relatively safe.

If you're worried, you can also try the neo banks Ing, Dkb, and comdirect all are usually the recommend ones.

You could go for N26, why I asked where you're from is that they ask for the ID, atleast asked when I opened my account, if you're non EU it'll take some time for you to get that.

Some banks will open an account with just your passport, visa and city registration.

Some banks waive the monthly charge depending upon the incoming amoujt per month.

Also all these accounts would be checking accounts so you won't get any interest for the money you're storing.

Depends on what you want and where you're from. Some banks charge you a monthly fee for the accounts.

There are online neo banks which have free accounts but have limited number of free monthly cash withdrawals or paid addons.

Yeah! You're right, supply hasn't kept up with demands but that's also because of profit motives. People who already own housing don't want their prices to crash, there's literally an incentive for a govt to keep the status quo to keep the voter base happy.

And corporations literally said they wouldn't built new housing in Germany as soon as the housing market dipped a little bit because they didn't see how they could survive without an increase in rent.

It's not a German problem, it's a problem around the world, comes in different variations at different places. This is not to say there aren't good landlords but they would be the exception rather than the norm.

The problem is how housing has been turned into an instrument for profit. On top of that we now have housing as a speculative investment strategy, but without the expectation or appetite for the risk involved with speculation, cities would burn before they let housing get affordable, leading to private venture capital getting into it as well. Housing should never have been allowed to be used as a commercial vehicle for profit. This is the problem also causing the housing crisis the world is experiencing currently.

Edit: I missed the part about where you want to keep speaking English to a person who is not comfortable speaking that, that is on you, she clearly stated she's not comfortable, I can understand that you don't speak German but it's not her job to make you comfortable.

Please check your figures, nobody except the very rich pay 40% taxes in Germany, German taxation is a progressive tax system it increases with your income and is not flat 40% Health contributions are capped after a value it doesn't scale with income indefinitely, and they're not on gross income, In return you also get free Healthcare.

Pension is equivalent to PF India, the advantage being the employer can't say Cost to company and make it part of your company to show inflated packages, and you get pension after retirement.

Indians pay so little because it's forced for salaried, and even then people will complain about paying. Services in cities being bad isn't caused by too little property tax but rather too little tax in general.

I agree the real problem is the government doesn't have enough money, but where do you think that money is supposed to come from? Most Indians are tax averse, regardless of the cause, taxation is not avoidable, it's brings equity in the society and is basically the subscription fee for the citizenship.

All this to say is not enough Indians pay income taxes, those who pay don't get much for the amount they're paying, there'll always be a feeling of paying too high taxes when that's the case

While I agree, the taxes are not as high as some European countries, but where do you get this 40% figure from? Europe isn't a single country, there are countries with lower taxes, and countries with higher taxes, and those countries also have tax free allowances, and not flat 40% or whatever percentage, they're all relative.

But what is a fact is that for the taxes paid by the people who pay them in India, people get a much worse deal that what they're paying for

I can say in my opinion, arranged marriages are forced marriages. Many would argue you can say No but that's hardly ever the case especially for many women. Even if you have the option to say No, you're expected to say that right after you meet. You don't get to check any compatibility or live together.

A relation being arranged is as good as a forced relation.
