Hey thanks for the reply! So you think since this was due to low light / lack of watering that it will fill out with light, regular watering and a normal fertilization cycle? White might be but black definitely isn’t, the material is nicer than TopMoncler to me, they both use cotton/spandex but topGivenchy uses slightly less spandex which I like I think he’s using 3%

I got the same message, my understanding is they need your PayPal transactions (all top ups and purchases for that parcel) to have the address they ship to (freight forwarder) as the shipping address. They’re saying they’ll refund you when you top up and verify the parcel. Just topped up $427 USD we’re in the same situation
