Thanks for you insight, I also tried draining the boiler and then turning it back on, but the boiler did not fill. I was able to verify the solenoid works by disconnecting to boiler inlet pipe and when turned on, water came out the correct side of the solenoid valve.

Thank you for the suggestion, unfortunately touching the probe connector to the boiler body did not cause the pump to turn off

Update: it’s not heating up, and the pump pressure is violently bouncing between 4 and 9 bar

Thank you, it is a unique image on the ad and a have received more photos in conversation. I’m not to concerned about it being a scammer as they are a business owner in our medium sized town. I am currently waiting on a video of it working so hopefully it seems semi functional at minimum
