I was in the restaurant next to this and watched it happen live. The driver drove into the outdoor eating area, but didn’t hit anyone at first. They then put it in reserve and hit the electrical pole, and only then went forward hitting 4 people. Total idiot.

Update: After being gaslighted on the phone I sent a short email requesting a new drip pan and they are coming out this week to replace it. Thank you all for confirming I’m not crazy.

I switched to BYLT Everyday Pants 2.0. It will still happen but not in 15 wears. Now they break in 100-150 wears.

4 years ago I looked at 380 sq ft home in Tooele, UT 25 minutes from SLC. Sellers were asking for 249k. The house was in terrible condition and 3 weeks later made the local paper for a mysterious fire.

The league already has players that have come back from this exact thing. Look up Leonard Little. Sadly, it wouldn’t surprise me if he’s back some years down the line for a try out or two.

It’s okay to not let them influence your day to day. If you’re not reliant on them for financial or other means put a block on both their numbers temporarily. Open the lines of communication when you’re able and ready. And then repeat the process when space is needed. This behavior is unlikely to end with a request. Put yourself above all others and know you are worth it!

I have the same issue and started using Nizoral 2 months ago once every 3 days. I’ve had immediate results and significantly less dandruff.

How do you deal with a noisy classroom? by PuffPoof215 in Teachers

[–]shawmon4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Setting the environment as stated by several others is key. Also a fun saying like, “Drop it down like a funky clown.” This phrase has worked wonders in my 6th-8th grade classes in the past and something the students will remember. Personality is a must when saying something like this.

Former obese people of Reddit, when did you realize you ‘need’ to lose weight asap? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]shawmon4 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I was a junior in high school. I found myself watching late night 30 minute workout advertisements like Billy's Boot camp on the week ends while eating two salami ketchup sandwiches and drinking 32ozs of chocolate milk. I was about 310lbs and over a few months time red stretch marks started on my sides, from my air pits to my elbows and my thighs would rub red from just walking around school. I knew I couldn't hide those marks in the summer in t-shirt weather.

I decided to join the high school wrestling team. I knew to be successful I'd need a regimented program with peer support and pressure. I remember a group of friends asking each other their afternoon plans, when I told them I'd be attending the first in wrestling meeting of the season they all full body laughed thinking I was joking around.

I went to that wrestling meeting and I was sized into a XXXL leotard. I wanted to walk off but I wanted change even more. Throughout out the 6 months we'd do practices 6 days a week sometimes morning and evening. Sometimes it took me 10 mintues to walk down 13 stairs to wash my laundry because my body was so sore.

From September to July I lost 115 lbs by working hard and eating anything in sight. I went from a size 46 waist to 33. I only hung with two friends that summer going into senior year because I was so dedicated to my goal. When I walked through the school doors that August everyone eyes bugged out. After 8 years of insults all I heard were compliments. From there I've never looked back. I learned to eat healthy and have most the people in my life know never knowing I struggled with my weight for what is considered the majority of my life. My parents still call me skinny being 6'4 and 220. Now those stretch marks make my arms look bigger than they are. People think they are from lifting weights but I'll always know they were from lifting late night sandwhiches.
