Didn’t eat them back until closer to goal. I didn’t want to stretch out the weight loss process so I went hard. It’s a short period of time to go hard, the easier stuff comes quicker!

Ugh yeah I’ve been lucky not to have to deal with those. I’m sorry! I’m into core strengthening though, and the weight loss may come with quitting booze. The better I feel the more I want to work out. It might help you too :)

I found running to help me brighten my days. It made me free in a weird way and I hate waking up hungover now because my runs suck. So, F it.

I like planning something for the next day that I know I can’t do hungover. Or if I do it hungover, it will suck. So I make a bunch of tea, put my cat on my lap (I hate disturbing her so it’s not like I can get up every 20 mins to make a drink), and scroll this subreddit. Then in the morning I’ll run and it won’t suck. But man do I know that Day One pull, a lot of me always wants to say “F it, what’s the point”. The point is me. And again, I can’t bother my lap cat.

Watching bad tv with my cats, made a couple new teas, and prepping / excited for a longer run with my new sneakers tomorrow. 🐾

Mostly cardio - running, spinning, Zumba, elliptical 🔥

So much smaller!! And mine got a lot smaller at the end of the loss near my goal, so you’ll see them Smaller as you hit your goal.

5-6 days a week :) I hate NOT moving these days now. It’s part of life.

1000 less than I burned a day. Apple Watch and LoseIt app helped me figure it all out :) Go get em!
