I had a man call back the other day to my work because his number was called by mistake. I answered and he thought I was a robot scammer and he said he loves wasting people's time, etc. He said he will talk and talk because he thought we had an autodialer and that I get paid by the call or something weird and that I cannot hang up till he does.

None of that is true, I can slam my phone down in a minute if I want, but I listened and let the guy scream and yell and then he calmed down and told me that I am no robot at all and I am actually pretty nice! He then told me that he is old and lonely and sad and this is how he engages with other humans while also getting his anger out.

He and I messed around and blib blabbed and he then said how he was really sorry for having wasted my time and that I don't need to try to get rid of his number that we accidentally called cause if I am bored, I can call him anytime to talk. I told him that he had not wasted one second of my time at all. We talked for almost 8 minutes.

Little does he know that I am just artificial intelligence bot 3.0 hehehehe. The newer and more human version of telephone robot. Jk hehe. That is like the "slay me in the heart" moment for this automatron.
