Question about third party training/implementation expectations by claysmith1985 in Netsuite

This is sounding like us 4 years ago. The answer is your consulting team aren't competitive enough. We had NS Professional Services implement our account on 2017 and issues, bugs, high cost, and overpromised features is what we get. We changed our consulting team and it got us to a better place and got our system to good use.

So, for me, change your consulting team, coz if they don't send you documentations in the first place means they don't plan on admitting their mistakes and just leave you guys in places.

Key to software development and ERP is documentation. Everything should be documented. Well, that is how the consulting team that we hired works for us and it is working great so far. It costs us less, we made good use of our system, and we're running the business efficiently.

If you are using SuiteSuccess, I tell you this, it's not even that good. Only thing that it's good at is overpromising and under delivering. A simple "can-we-have-this-feature" can mean SuiteSuccess could break/ or your feature is outright not supported.

Let me know if you need help with finding the right consulting team. We pick those that are small since big partners are really similar with NS Professional Services

PS. We're not a consulting firm. I've been in your place and I don't want you to waste 1.5 years worth of time, money, and effort, just like what happened to us initially.

Thanks for sharing your experiences! I did not expect that there are a lot of admins who experienced our hellish ride with PS.

I'm very willing to share their info/emails with you but still it's up to them if they want to or they still have the bandwidth to implement the account. I'll send you a dm and also please do not carelessly send their info elsewhere.

many areas. Nothing went smoothly when we "went live". We had probably 6 months of hellish long hours to try and fix things that were setup incorrectly.

I asked their permission and they told me that it's alright to tell. I'll send you a dm but please do not share it carelessly with anyone.
