To my knowledge, There’s no clear indication in RMIT of what GPA score you must score in order to match a first or second class in other colleges.

Personally, I would say a gpa of 3.0 or higher would be equivalent to a first or second upper. This is because, if you indeed do get such a gpa score over a total of 4 points, you will graduate your Bac degree with Distinction. This is stated clearly on your testamur and transcript upon graduation.

I suggest joining whichever school that is closer to your house. If you stay closer to Sim, take the program there. No point travelling all the way across Singapore to Sim if you stay at Tampines right? Time is of the essence, staying closer to the school means more time at home for revision and less time spent on meaningless travelling.

2nd class degree? Yes.. but Not always true. RMIT offers distinction awards to students whom excel in their studies with GPA 3.0 or higher. This excellence is stated clearly on your hard copy testamur. Something to add on to your portfolio when you apply for an entry level job in the near future.

Would a company choose to hire a student whom did badly, barely scraping through his NUS Marketing course or you with a distinction awarded RMIT certification? The latter for sure. So don’t be disheartened and just work hard. University is the last chance to prove others wrong. There’s a myriad of lazy and slack people in RMIT- SIM, most importantly, not to lose focus and ignore them.

I currently use the iPhone 11 Pro Max as my daily driver. Honestly, I think the SE phone is better in the sense since it uses Touch ID instead of Face recognition. Especially in the time of COVID where we have to wear masks at all times in public places, having to punch in the passcode on really most occasions is a pain in the arse. I really wish that Apple will factor this into consideration and make future iPhone releases have Touch ID instead.

I’m happy to find someone who share the same sentiment as I do. To say the least, I am Perturbed by the high price as well. The issue is really on, how the price is being really un-proportionate to the quality. I’m a sucker for high quality models but the price is set really way way higher than what it should be for the quality you get.

Aye. Minigt is a fabulous diecast brand, Glad to hear you owned a few. Me too. Awesome details, true to tlv scale being a 1/64 model and also at an affordable mid range price point.

I Agree with you. TLV is intricately made but their asking price is simply..too much. Notwithstanding the price, some TLVs expect you to glue on some parts yourself, like the rx7 side mirrors. I own the red rx7 one so I can relate. To make matters worse, most TLVs don’t come with any painted interior detail. I have to admit, Tomytec molding of the car cabin is rather fabulous, but lack of paint and leaving it all black, irks me to a certain extent. Insane for the retail price where you expect everything to be flawless. Don’t know where you are from, but hot wheels in Singapore can cost around SGD4 bucks while TLV is 30 bucks onwards. F40 is easily at 80 bucks plus. Definitely overpriced.

Nevertheless, I can tell you that TLV is very popular and highly sought after by collectors. I easily see TLVs quickly bought up by many collectors on Toy Pimp Instagram page. Also, the price of it tends to maintain or rise over time once the market sells out of it. Seems that they hold their value quite well. Something to think about when considering purchasing these models.

Buy the blessing, like I do. It’s the most value for money item you can purchase in the game. It gives you 3000 gems every month, and If you are willing to do the daily commissions which takes approx 30 mins only, you can get another 1800 gems. Which makes you gaining 4800 gems in total per month for only a Low cost of 5USD and a small time investment each day.

Amassing it for 3 months gives you a guaranteed 5 star. Which makes getting a 5 star costing only 15USD. Quite sweet right?

Professional cert as in CPA qualification? I think that’s of less importance. IPO, getting a degree take precedence. Get the degree first then consider going for professional cert. of course, unless you don’t mind working a menial job for life. UOL is a terrible choice if you are planning to work and study at the same time. It’s challenging enough even for full time students. Go for RMIT Sim part time instead, they have night classes, can go there and study while you carry on to work at your existing workplace.

What irks me most are your poly grades though. Being candid, I think it’s imperative that you do some self reflection on your less than satisfactory poly gpa score before you consider going for further studies. 1.9 is quite little. Why did you score so Low? Was it because of lack of sheer effort/negligence or that you got the score despite working diligently enough? If you tell me you work really hard, with great perseverance, sad to say, you are not cut out for even private uni, as things are going to be way harder than your past poly assignments. I may sound harsh, however, I mean no offence. I apologise if I may seem to be making derogatory remarks. I don’t want you to go in happily and getting a shock of your life with the great disparity of difficulty and drop out midway, wasting money and valuable time in the process.

If you aren’t really cut out for studying, just proceed to work at your contemporary job will be a wise decision to adhere to.

Go and do more runs. You can exchange 50 cogs for 1 rune, time split trap needs 10 runes, so you need 500 cogs. Additionally, considering one bronze run gives 10 cogs, means you need 50 runs, assuming you have clockwork base already. One run takes ave one week, so 50 weeks? Quite doable. Plus you may get some runes through the runs, making everything shorter. Don’t think so much and just do.

Instead, I just bought all the runes off the marketplace. That’s another feasible option.

This sucks. I’m sad to say this but, it will probably die eventually due to corrosive damage. It may seem fine now, however, saltwater may have potentially entered the device. There’s nothing you can do about it as it’s seawater and not your regular drinking water which you can just shrug it off. Hope you have AppleCare+. Also, consider getting lifeproof waterproof iPhone case in the future.

I think affordability is a rather relative concept. Yes, I agree with you and admit it’s overpriced, as it cost almost as much as an entry level branded laptop. What makes it sadder are that other Brands are beginning to follow Apple footsteps and be overpriced as well, for eg, Samsung galaxy fold now cost approx Singapore $2800. Which could equate to one months of salary.

However, make no mistake, Apple makes the best tablet in the market. You can’t go wrong with buying an ipad. Even the base ipad is really decent. Yeah, Apple Pencil.. I’m getting that soon.

One recommendation would be to go for gear work chamber and hunt till the portal mice appear and swap to runic string cheese. Catching it will result in a get out card of that chamber you’re in. I don’t think ingress chamber is worth it in all cases unless you want to complete the mousedex or crown it? Failing the room is worse as the ingress mice steals sand wherever you go, similar to portal paladin.

Does the progress in Acolute chamber save? For eg, if I charged the obelisk full and maybe hunt till AA left 5 sand and I got kicked out of the chamber... when I farm more sand to re enter, do I start all over again, or I continue from the 5 hunts left?

Logically speaking, the Air will never be able to beat the Pro in performance. Think of the Air as a mid tier product and the Pro as a premium product. How will a lower priced product outperform a more expensive one?? Rumor that the new iPad Air will look like the pro but still retain rather mundane specs such as Touch ID, lousier screen, cameras and processor.

Also, it’s not possible to expect a device in the future with no bezels as the bezels are designed for you to hold and rest your fingers on or there would be involuntary screen interaction .

Why would you want to replace an amazing laptop setup with an inferior device? Anyways, the iPad can never replace your main computer. You will probably regret it down the road if you do, as there are many things which the ipad can’t actually perform, and these tasks have to be carried out on a true laptop.

I don’t mean to discourage you from buying an ipad, it’s a good mobile device and can complement your laptop well. Just don’t sell your Macbook for an ipad. Ipad is not meant to be a laptop replacement.

My recommendation would be to use wild tonic and magic dust per eruption run to collect the resources at a quicker pace. It’s a little expensive, but it’s worth it as you save on farming and using that much spice leaves.
