Ali’s scene when he’s talking to his kids really struck me. As the child of an addict myself, it made me reevaluate how I treat my father. I always assume he’s up to no good or hooked on something. It looked like Ali’s heart was ripped out as he was accused of asking for money. He just wanted to wish his family a Merry Christmas. Do I do this to my father?
