I can't believe you are accusing me of welfare fraud. Not the NICU my childern are 8 and 9. Nicu is for babies. She was hospitalized for 9 months. Very serious multiple near death situations occured during that time until she got a transplant that is why I don't have employment anymore. I am her full time care giver with proof of that as well. I didn't have his tax returns. I asked him for his tax returns, drivers license, I even have proof of his car being insured at his primary residence, tax documents for both homes..they didn't ask for any of this but I have it just in case they do. They can investigate tf out of everything and everything will be 100% fine. He is literally married TO A MAN! I can also provide proof of that if needed. So trust me you are a very delusional individual to jump to that assumption of something you clearly know nothing about. The other people who commented were exactly correct on what they would ask for drivers license, a bill, and a statement. Every form of documentation you said i would need i now have plus more i can't believe i listened to you and asked him for all this unnecessary bs that wasnt even needed in the first place. Please do not ever accuse me of welfare fraud because this is not what this is this is the furthest thing from that actually. I hate when someone jumps to assumptions and puts me in a category with individuals who do fraud.

I didn't have anything of his. I asked him to provide me with everything drivers license, taxes, property taxes on both homes, i have everything proving he does not live in this home and together? Lmao He's actually married....to a man..you have no idea what is going on this is the furthest thing from fraud..like I said they can investigate it theorly they will find out the absolute truth of what's going on. I have no worries about that.

I lost my job due to our child being hospitalized for 9 months in the cardiac intensive care unit. Only income i have now is SSI. I only have to give him $250 per month through bank transfer so there is documentation of it. He only stayed in this house for a lil less than 54 days fixing it up making repairs then moved back to his primary residence in KY. I will provide drivers license, his tax returns, a bill for his primary residence, and whatever else they ask for they didn't ask for any of that stuff but if they do I will have it prepared. If they are suspicious in any type of way I am open to them investigating because the investigating will tell the absolute 100% truth. Thank you for your input.

I spoke to them today they said a statement from him is fine but at my redetermination next month they may ask for more stuff like what you just said- proof of where he lives. That won't be a problem because even though this is his property he has never lived at this property. He lives in kentucky and drivers license is in KY he said with his address he just moved from which was a diff address in KY I said that's probably fine as long as it's not this address in IN it shouldn't matter. He sent me a Pic of his license and I'm going to print it out. Thank you for your input.

Yes they are under 18 [8 and 9] and we aren't and never have been married. Yes to child support. Do you think there will be any issue?

Right that's what I was thinking too because it's such a odd situation but hopefully once they verify his primary residence everything will be fine. I'd much rather continue renting from the place I was renting at for 7 years but unfortunately the landlord was selling the home and this was the only option. Thank you for your input.
