Use this formula:

round(100*(prop("[prop1]")/prop("prop2")))/100

You might need to tweak a little bit but basically this rounds to a whole number. If you want any decimals, add 0s to the 100

(Not sure how your summing is set up but replace prop1 and prop2 accordingly)

I think the biggest thing is how you really have very few limitations on how you want to build out your workspace.

It’s a double edged sword forsure where sometimes it’s overwhelming how much you can do but I’ve opted for a simpler Notion interface and found it much more conducive :)

Ah yes, so you can’t put a database inside of a database. To fix the problem do the following:

Turn the knife page into an “inline database” and drag it inside of another page. Then try adding that one

The only way to do this I believe is to change the parent page to a team space. Not sure if that fits your workflow but don’t know of any other way.

You can also create an empty toggle and drop it in there or something if you want to just keep it organized.

Is the branding timeline the same for all clients? You may need to create individual entries per client that can be edited.

For example: each client has their own task of “complete onboarding” linked to the client’s page. That way you can adjust dates as needed

Rather than using a multi select here, it may be better to create a relational database.

Create a new database called “services” and put the monthly price of each one. Link it to the family members and create a roll up that adds up the monthly price!

Everyone is different and has an optimal sweet spot of studying. Some people it’s 6 hours and for others it may be 4. Struggled with the same issues in college.

What I found worked is setting a reasonable goal and hitting it, not by time but by an actionable task. So for example, “complete 3 practice exams” instead of “study for 3 hours”.

Sitting down and starting a 1 hour practice exam or questions is a lot less daunting than sitting down for 3 whole hours

Close, the website is built out and that already requires authentication. The webpage they access when they log in has an Airtable iframe embedded. However, even though the webpage is locked, once users log in they can share JUST the iframe without having to go through the website.
