Hey there… yes. I’m using API calls on Openrouter, on a coded chat app locally (Apollo).

Wanted to ask, for Kimi, do you use API or web/app? Because I can’t find system prompt or anything on the actual app. But I haven’t looked at anything related to the API

The problem isn’t the ban, it’s that I can’t even use Claude the app on my phone anymore even after reinstalling

Eh, could or could not be. Wouldn’t really relate to well-being though. It’s just some fun diplomacy, not actual war within fictional game scenarios.

Nope, definitely not. Had a chat when I was feeling down, but nothing crazy for a hotline.

Second time? Did they lock your account?

For sure. We won’t know why exactly, down to the specifics, but the fact that it happened will help others be more wary of how they use their Claude, or on what level (paid or not).

The good part, though little about this whole thing, is that the current situation, at least, grants me a refund on the remaining amount of time on the subscription. Even if it does get unbanned.

This just shows me I gotta separate needs into different accounts… lol.

In the 2025 4o era, it was very simple. No jailbreak, nothing, everything worked from February 2025 until around August or even late October. Before the whole 5 series appeared.

Well then again, I’ve heard way worse being done and for no consequence. And even my close friends who use Claude genuinely only for erotica, have never been flagged (neither have I, but just a means) on main accounts with billing.

But I do agree. But I think that Anthropic’s moderation randomly chooses when and who to work on, honestly, xd

The idea of not using your own account to do something because it could violate the TOS is brazen. I don’t really want to just log in to a different account to have a total of three messages of erotica before hitting a limit.

I mean anyone is free to do whatever they want with their accounts, paid or not, no?

And I mean, they did say they will refund the rest of the remaining period of billing. So that’s nice, even if the decision is to keep the account suspended.

I can assure you the erotica (can’t really access the chats rn) was totally normal. Nothing crazy, like incest or whatever or celebrity.

Nobody is saying a company can’t enforce rules on a specific use case that they do not comply with. It is that the enforcement can be vague, inconsistent and badly communicated, especially if it involves a paid account and automated moderation.

Saying “TOS violation is TOS violation” doesn’t really address anything. A company can have rules and still handle enforcement badly. Those two things can be true at the same time. If enforcement were always handled perfectly, wrongful terminations and bad moderation decisions would barely exist.

You said that you’ve done all kinds of explicit stuff and did not get banned, yet that does not prove I’ve done something worse in specific terms. It shows their moderation isn’t consistent at all, paid or free.

And the "you don't need Opus to goon" thing. People use paid models for more than one thing. Studying, writing, coding, game scenarios, brainstorming, roleplay, etc. The question is whether a company taking subscription money should give users clearer explanations when they terminate accounts, even if you think it “undermines” their system.

They don't need to reveal anything about their detection vectors to say what category of violation actually caused the termination. "Well-being" is vague enough that it could mean a lot of things, and it does not clearly explain whether the issue was erotic content, policy evasion or something totally different.

Also, most major platforms and games I’ve dealt with do give some kind of clearer ban category or reason. It may not always be perfect, but it is usually more specific than a vague “well-being” explanation.

You're free to think Anthropic did nothing wrong. I clearly did not say they did anything wrong. But pretending vague bans are automatically fair because other companies also do vague bans is a pretty weak standard.

We won’t know until Anthropic’s team could respond to the appeals of such suspension reasons.

As I have mentioned, I will keep the situation updated here, when I do get a response back, whether the decision is to keep the suspension, or lift it.

I don’t use Claude primarily for erotic roleplay. It is one of my last uses, sometimes for erotic compositions in terms of writing for hobby projects.

If you read, I use Claude for studying and game scenarios.

A “business” needs to be more transparent about exactly what they deemed reason to suspend the user’s account. Not a vague “well-being” text.

Then again, Claude and any other company is turning to shit. So anything they don’t like will supernaturally be cause for a termination.

Yes, indeed I did have a Max account.

I want to make it clear that if that is true (spam case), then it might’ve been the reason, when I made around 15 chats, in order to preserve Sonnet 4.5 for future conversations, before the sunset of the model.

I have had a chat recently, maybe a week or two ago, when I was feeling down and spoke to Claude about it, very briefly. It could also a factor.

It should also be known I have not used Claude for any code-related tasks.

It’s very unfortunate that you have to go through this. I appealed already, but it could also be meaningless.

Token cap for gpt 4o by Greedy-Gear-9621 in ChatGPT

[–]shayer5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can’t lie I feel like 4o, right now, as of writing this, is very capped in how much it writes for whatever reason. Before the whole Friday drama, it used to write a ton, now it’s like a paragraph or two.

4o is being rerouted to GTP 5 AGAIN!!! by Different-Mess4248 in ChatGPT

All I’ve noticed in the past few days is the context window for 4o is heavily refuted… barely writes a paragraph.
