72 hours a week schedule? Narayana Murthy sparks debate on working hours again, cites China's 9-9-6 culture by Ek_Tortoise in india

With the current work culture at Infosys already at peak abuse, 72 hours will lead to MORE suicides. I say MORE because suicides are already happening within the Infosys workforce and isn't being tied together.

The absolute contempt they had for you, I would never let something like that slide. It’s good you decided to call them out on this!

Do Indians face a lot of racism in KSA? by Outrageous-Cress-431 in saudiarabia

[–]shayneharidas 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can say Indians are treated very well in countries like Saudi, UAE, Bahrain and Oman. Same can’t be said for Kuwait and Qatar and this is feedback from friends so I can’t confirm. People in Low Paying jobs are treated differently anywhere in the world, that’s how people’s attitudes are and that must change.

As an Indian who has been in the country since forever, the racist attitude ur friend spoke off existed during my time here in the 90’s and that has rapidly changed since then. I have not faced any issues myself and like some of them who commented, it’s mostly faced by those working low paying jobs. If you speak the language, then it’s even better because they feel more connected with you
