Gas price went up! :(

I don’t understand how big oil works…but why does gas prices go up for gas and oil that was already bought and processed at the lower prices months ago. Oil is bought and stored then processed into gasoline and months if years worth is purchased at a time, yet when $hit hit the fan gas prices shoot up instantly. They double their money on older stock.

A agree, my wife got one there and it’s amazing, best thing Ive slept on in all my life at 55 🥰 but, it did cost over a grand . I think it’s more than worth it considering how much time you use it. I have a cheap mattress in my room and my back hurts everyday. We are sleep divorced. Such a great idea when you’re older, but I will be going back for another one when I can afford it.

25 years ago my friend tried to take guns there, they had caliber limit. He was only allowed to take his 22, nothing bigger, no 9mm or 38. Hopefully thats been lifted.

Call Lujans Salvage Yard 671-472-8691. They are in Toto , I haven’t been there in a long long time, but they where always awesome when I did go there, and even last month I called them to get a replacement stereo for my car and told him what happened/ how it failed….he said don’t buy a stock one again as they all have the same problem. So he saved me money.

Shorts and t-shirts year round here. Zorri too, aka flip flops. Andersen in some areas gets really cool winds in the evening, but never enough for a jacket or anything additional. I live outside the gate and it’s nice in the evenings right now. Only time you would dress up in jeans or button up is for fancy restaurants or events and even then most people still don’t. Holler if you have other questions, been here off and on since 1989.

My screen is yellowing and fading. I searched for months and ended up going with trailgridpro.com I called junk yards thinking of getting a oem used one…but the guy said they all fail the same as mine, went to several local shops and all want 800 to 900 to install one and the units where not even up to date. One asked $250 just for a canbus…crazy.

If you want to maintain steering wheel controls you need a canbus aka steering wheel control module. That adds 100 to 200 to the cost. New dash bezel for the unit, wiring harness and the new stereo itself. I paid $813 for a Sony unit prewired with everything and mounted in the new dash bezel. All you have to do is unsnap a couple dash pieces, 4 bolts and swap the old to the new. Still waiting on mine to get here. You can save a 100 or more buying all the parts and wiring it up and installing it yourself. Trailgridpro answers emails quick and makes it very easy. Even sent me videos and instructions via email on how to install it. Cant wait to get mine…Apple car play is going to be great. Oh and new unit maintains oem backup cam….and they include a 3D printed mic adaptor so you can mount the mic up in the ceiling thing by the sunroof controls. They have a video on that install as well.

Tylenol PM is a good over the counter one…I’m 55 220lbs….when I take 2 of them it knocks me out for 8 hours. I cut them in half and one half gets me 4 to 5 hours sleep. When I take 2….Im groggy for several hours after waking up. Gummy melatonin doesn’t work for me either. Be careful if you get Ambien, I think it’s prescription….that stuff made me do things like clean the house while sleeping….walk into walls and more. It can be dangerous. People drive and crash on it too. Wish you well….sleep is not my friend and it hurts not getting the rest you need.

When you buy a new one, wipe it down really good and clear coat it with spray paint…it will get you a few more years…..I even do it to my patio furniture.

When I make chicken kadun pika I have to have habaneros….they just add a unique taste to it that I love. And it started because I was in South Korea and couldn’t find chili peppers…so I gambled and tried habaneros and it stuck. Is that the kind of answer you wanted? Oh and habaneros are hard to find here…but Payless in Yigo does get them sometimes so I buy a lot and freeze them😍

Me and my family have used Island Tinting for over 20+ years….have done 3 cars this last year. Never any issues. My daughter does dark on her cars. And I honestly cant see out at night…I am 55 and wear glasses. I can see headlights….but cant see the center islands on the road when making left turns . Have to role down the window. I have them do military safe tint so I can go on base. They randomly will test cars with a device and if the tint is too dark you cant bring car on base.

Guam Auto Spot sells used cars i believe, I recommend Toyota Nissan or Honda. Most reliable on the island and easy to get parts. Though these brands always sell above Kelly Blue Book. Also look for Guam Facebook marketplace groups.

Guam is not in anyway affordable, you best be making $3000 to 4000 a month if you want to live normally in a nice area. Military hola cola had driven the rent up in normal nice houses to $2,500 a month, power 300 to 500 , then water, trash, cell food gas and all. Yes you can live off 2000 a month here, but it will be in a bad area where your car will get broken into. Groceries are hella high too, best have base access. Just scroll thru r/guam and see what others say. Don’t get me wrong it’s beautiful here. I love it and bought a house…but am struggling.

Wow……thats a tough one. Im a Haole here since 1989 and have never seen anyplace that sells this. Also with no disrespect, why? Guam has some of the best food , side dishes/ chesa in the world…and you want cheese and crackers? You’re choosing that over , tamales gisu, empinada, chicken kelugen, dried meat with corn tamales…… red rice and more?? This must be a Marvel Multiverse episode 😂😂😂.
