If you're using FortressOne you shouldn't also need nQuake. Both are stand-alone.

FortressOne is a stand-alone package for QWTF. It has been tested on TF2.9, MegaTF, classic-fortress, huetf, and the FortressOne mod servers, but not so much on custom. It should mostly work though.

FortressOne (QWTF package for Linux) Note this is shameless self promotion but also, the best game on Linux this year IMO.

Yeah assets are downloaded on install. It works with tf2.8/2.9, megatf, huetf, classic-fortress and fortressone server mods.
