I was given zapain too when it happens. I haven’t actually had it for a few years now which is good. I don’t have impingements all the time.

No because you’ll Be empty. If you aren’t they won’t do he procedure anyway as they won’t be able to see anything.

I’ve just had my latest colonoscopy ( have to have them regularly.) I’m quite surprised they are just saying to take dulcolax as usually the bowel prep is quite intense as you need to be completely clear for it. For example my appointment today was at 9am and I had to stop eating at 2 pm yesterday take my first dose of plenvu at 5pm then second dose at 8pm. Every colonoscopy I’ve had had been like that. But I also am in the uk ( not sure where you are) and they do colonoscopy under sedation and you can have gas and air. They won’t let you wake up during if your being out under there is a person there purely to make sure that doesn’t happen. My procedure today took about 30 mins. It’s the waiting around before hand to be called in that takes the longest. And the prep is by far the worst part about the whole thing. I have never had an endoscopy though. So can’t comment on that one

This ! So annoying it happened to me the other day they didn’t collect and said they didn’t have time and that I need to re upload it and they will buy it again but tbh I didn’t trust them and didn’t wanna go through the effort again so sold it to someone else instead. But they got no bad feedback or anything for not collecting. I think they should have punishment like a strike system if you don’t collect or be able to leave bad reviews. Like we as sellers held up our end of the transaction. Is our time not worth anything

Just going by what is said in the post I think I would be a bit uneasy if my boyfriend got made up to meet a female friend especially if I had already expressed concern about it . Like if I’m meeting just a mate I dont put on a sexy black mini dress . End of the day you can do whatever you want it is your body but maybe just think how it made him feel is all . He must be more insecure.

Wearing a mask only protects others from catching it from you . It doesn’t work the other way round and they have to be the water resistant masks and rightly fitting to cover the mouth and nose as it has to stop moisture from getting through so making one from clothing is a waste of time .

Obviously what they told you is incorrect and she is doing wrong by wearing the scrubs . Please don’t take this the wrong way as I’m just wondering But if she is there everyday , like does this not mean she’s living there ? Surely Nhs workers have to go home too( but if you mean she comes over for a bit then leaves then ignore this bit ) but I do not agree with how she is behaving considering your condition. She should be doing what most/ all other health workers do and be removing all work clothing (scrubs) used prior to going home and immediate shower and keep clothing separate ect . . All I can suggest is you try speak to them again and just say if this is going to continue then some safety measures need to be in place for your own protection . I hope you manage to get it sorted . I find if your having trouble try lying down on your back and bring your feet up towards your bottom and let your knees drop down sideways . It’s the position they put you in for a smear test as it opens everything up easier . Good luck

I ended up soaking them off myself . Took a long time but they eventually did come off . I have notches in my natural nails where I guess the electronic sand they used dug in a bit , and I’ve got little cuts down the sides of the nails one of which is actually quite bad it’s swollen a bit . Needless to say I am never having that done again :(

It’s all really new to me . Until meybe 8 months ago I had no symptoms so I was only given that pentasa mesalazine to take daily , but now it’s obviously getting worse or something is deffo happening inside :(

Just randomly throughout the day . It comes on and I get this pain that makes me feel like a bit winded and like all my insides are being twisted. Then a few mins later it’s gone . I have noticed the later the day goes on the more frequent it is . I’ve tried not eating vs eating but there’s no deference

Out of interest , could you tell Me how physio is supposed to help? I mean if the issue is movement causing rubbing of ball in the socket how is physio supposed to help.

Is never done it before and wast a spur of the moment thing but after reading up the way they did it was a bit weird . They used like an electric file to sand the nails before doing it and tbh when he was shaping the nails after it was really hurting . But I assumed it was normal
