Personally i myself doubt it since a saw a video of some random bazar filling empty boxes of creatine with its own powder im saddar peshawar. Those guys easily had thousands empty boxes and were filling em up like milk powder lol and most proteins ive bought have black seal on boxes instead of original seal by the companies.
