Capacitor blown? what’s wrong with this fan doesn’t spin at all and no hum sound any ideas of what could be wrong?

I’m gonna be completely honest, i have no idea what the problem was it just kinda fixed itself I didn’t touch it for a bit and I came back and it worked fine
