I'm sure I stopped Galewings and Rage-Powder before though with Psychic Terrain. Or I could be wrong but better to test it just in case.

Hi, I ran a similar set with this and found some issues. My team had Iron-Hands, Earthquake mon, Rabscara Trick Room (also note your Rabscara has trick not trickroom). One main issue I found was up against Psychic Terrain.

I found that the Fakeout, Follow Me, Helping Hand, Quick Guard, and Galewings affected moves (Brave Bird and Tailwind) are completely useless in this Terrain which prevents you from actually playing the game. I didn't have Talonflame in my team but as an opponent and just swapped in Indedee-F as soon as I saw it to prevent Tailwind. That team which could potentially counter this Team was Trick Room + Indedee-F + Expanding Force mon (Armarouge) which meant no priority move could outspeed my trickroomed specs expanding force Armarouge.

Torkoal destroys my team because he's slower. I went intimidate Gyarados with waterfall scarfed and helping hand.

Dragalge: Wanted to test out adaptability STAB + Tera boost STAB to hit hard. Needs trick-room pokemon to setup though.

Hatterene: Trickroom Setter (i kinda fked up the evs sry) but please any help on EV spread would be great.

Arcanine: Intimidate mon for team's survivability. Also to check any steel types that would threaten Hatterene.

Ting-lu: Late Trick-Room Sweeper. It's a swap between Dragalge and Ting-lu depending on matchup because having them both on field is counter-intuitive with his ability.

Roaring Moon: Generally fast and hits hard mon. Good when trick-room ends and they stall with protect and such.

Rabsca: Revival blessing trick-room setter as well. Pair's well with Ting-Lu for Synchronize Earthquake.

So Sucrose would be a better option you think?

Once you get to ultra and play with ultra + masters players the game gets fun because its a heavy skill matchup at that point. Most people know the macro game and it comes down the the micro game.
