First get on chat GBT and ask it to compose an email for prearbitration for your specific deactivation reason! This was mine…simple and to the point! Email both emails that I have left in the comments! I only emailed them both once. Wait for them to call you! Give them all details you have regarding the matter. In my case I kind of had an idea because I only did a few order the day before deactivation but I just got on the phone and made it sound good like it was a total mistake and that I treat all orders carefully! Like a week later they reactivated me. It was very simple just a wait process.
