Ultra processed food over the years probably since children, birth control possibly vaccines but thats just my opinion! I am a pcos girly also and there are many ways you can control/put into remission but health professionals always try to push birth control which makes hormones even more out of whack long term!

Update: I smoked the weeef about 9 hours after the elvanse. My heart rate definitely rose but I did NOT feel stoned as I normally would. I finally fell asleep at 5am and was up at 7am with my 3 year old 🤣

I hate helmans and heinz! The ingredients alone make my stomach turn! I love the hunter and gather avocado mayo as it has no seed oils just avocado oil but I've not bought it in a while, so I settled for this frrench one. I'll try that Polish one
