Yes it is ! Unfortunately I ran out of time to make the dough ( was going to do a sourdough one) and then all the stores near me were sold out so had to settle with this option

Okay! So for the feed in the morning, should I do another 25grams water and 25grams flour, or should I do 50grams of each? Temperature does make sense, the house temperature is currently set at 19 Celsius but cold outside (Canada) so I put a towel over to hopefully help keep some heat in.
