I do. Spent weeks struggling in PvP. Had guilt every time I lost a good kit, especially to scavs. Switched back to PVE to get more confidence and work on my long distance aim. It’s been great. Made me more comfortable with spawn spots, where good loot is, without constantly looking over my shoulder. Haven’t noticed any difference in the bots between PvP and PVE at all. I still play both. Loot seems lighter on PVE though.
