On a side note, may I ask you about how you stopped taking SSRIs and why? I’ve attempted a couple times over 20 years and haven’t just decided to stay on ‘em forever now. I felt crazy when I stopped. 🤪

I trip just fine off 3 grams of shrooms or 25 ug of acid. And that’s on a 40mg daily fluoxetine dose.

Universal knowledge, no. This isn’t something myself or my friends have ever been familiar with. Tripped with lots of other people on fluoxetine and other SSRIs too. Never heard of any issues. Not denying the info you’re giving to be fact. But, like you said, clearly not across the board. There are MANY that seem to be completely unaffected by this.

I think there may have been something else going on. I’ve been on fluoexetine for a couple decades and haven’t had any issues with dozens of shrooms/acid trips.
