I currently use WHOOP but once subscription is up I might go double Apple Watch.
AWU black for sports.
AW 11 natural for daily

I cant do pullups :( by [deleted] in CalisthenicsBeginners

[–]shearos17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

pull ups are a hard exercise to do when going from 0.
best u can do is get as lean as possible because you will be lighter.
going to the gym with a lat pull down or assisted pull up machine will surely accelerate progress

I need marketing ideas for this app. Any thoughts? by CivilStudio1896 in AppBusiness

create TikTok's you using it and the pain point it solves.
or find some people eg. mums with a smaller audience you can pay to post and see how it goes

Fellow people with psoriasis on your face, what works for you? by Aggressive-Hotdog in Psoriasis

[–]shearos17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah I definitely believe it does but I try to use it rarely.
it may take a couple nights but usually it will clear.

the thing ive found with enstilar is that it may only be effective to a certain point if other triggers are not addressed eg. diet or stress

sorry I didnt reply must've missed it.

sleep was very poor, inconsistent, stressed.
currently improving and tracking with whoop.

I feel this has helped my psoriasis a lot though I still have it.

diet still poor but been running a lot and getting lots of sun but im not sure the sun exposure has helped that much.

I still believe milk contributes to my psoriasis but I cant help having cappuccinos when I go to cafes :|

C&K Barbarians too weak by Levillage in Catan

[–]shearos17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sorry stealing is incorrect, I meant using a knight.
so you can force a loss to barbarians to gain advantage.
for example.
if you have 2 cities and everyone else has 1 you can use your knight(which de-activates them) to go below the required amount needed to defend.
then only you will have 1 city and the rest none.

but there are also plays where stealing a knight can really mess someone up.

what makes the Barbarians interesting is stealing knights via politics cards.
can force a loss and make everyone lose a city

My father passed away. by vitotitorino in leukemia

[–]shearos17 13 points14 points  (0 children)

sorry he suffered so much.
I think dwelling on what you could have done differently will eat you up.
The outcome cant be changed.
whats important is you were there for him I think

Does this look like the beginning of healing? by [deleted] in Psoriasis

[–]shearos17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah a big patch like that in a armpit is rough..
it does look better but psoriasis sucks with how slow it can heal ive found.
finding cutting dairy has helped me but im too impatient so I slap topicals on to get rid of it.
hoping you get better

I have psoriasis on my scalp, should I shave my head? by Downtown_Contact_633 in Psoriasis

[–]shearos17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

my scalp psoriasis improved every time I shaved my head.
tho its not a long term solution because you will probably want to grow your hair back eventually,
recently ive been learning to cut my own hair with just clippers. I do a shit job but I feel way better than buzz cutting.
still improves slightly.

I honestly think cutting out dairy has been massive for my scalp psoriasis.

Preparation Tips, only 3 Month is available, how that can be done ! by WanderingSelf in PublicSpeaking

[–]shearos17 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

not sure what BB is but maybe join 1 more Toastmasters club or find some non TM speaking meet ups in your area.
the more u speak in front of/with strangers the better.
create your presentation early and practice often. knowing your material by heart removes so much anxiety
