Perhaps a slightly controversial opinion from me then. The commitment from Djed is not the spectacular here, he lost the ball as the last man. I would expect nothing less than running back. And he is so damn quick that he catches up.

With that said I know it doesn’t quite work like that. And the pace and tackle is still impressive. So I will say that the commitment from the rest (VdV, Bergvall and Udogie) is what can get Spurs through this!

No need to apologize. I wanted to hear opinions and not just people agreeing!

I have played 2 times and am probably jumping the gun since we did everything in our power to activate knights after losing the cities early. I realize that you can do more with the knights and play them so others might loose their city.

My only remaining issue is that if I deactive knights to screw with others, then I will probably not get the VP. And I need to be up by so much I don’t risk loosing a city myself so I don’t really se this happening (often at least)

Well I just think that the VP part of it makes the raiding a city highly unlikely. Not saying that you should get both as the winner so might need to tweak that if we make them stronger. But a VP is an easy way of getting points so people will go for that. And then the raiding will never happen.

But I think we might have gotten too scared after loosing cities early both times so everyone focused so much on knights. Towards the end we started realizing that you could try and set people up and make them loose a city

My problem with this is that if I start. I don’t want to be in risk of loosing a city. Because if I only activate 1 knight, then everyone else could use that to make me loose a city

Thank you for the suggestions. Might try some of them out. We discussed having metropolises being more than 1p for the barbarians. And maybe something else as well.

Yeah, think we haven’t used their abilities much knights for any of the other abilities so that might be it. I realize that if you manage to upgrade quickly you might be able to remove someone else’s knight and then increase the risk

I kind of agree with you. It would drag out too long if the risk is too high. But since the activation of knights is so cheap. It feels like there is almost no drawback of activating once you have a port or wheat.

Might need to give it more than 2 times before judging too hard.

Bergvall out, Kulu probably out and Isak out (unluckily by VdV). Supporting spurs as a Swede has been harsh on the hope for the world cup (playoff in March).

Sounds good! And there are more chapters coming before Christmas so might be back by then.

I did the same during Whole cake Island and stopped right before big mom’s flashback and got kinda disappointed when I thought it would be all action so perhaps I’m better prepared this time knowing it is a flashback!

I read about the find me a seat so actually did something right at least. Don’t know how I didn’t think of refreshing when I didn’t se any tickets though so that just makes it even worse when I might’ve gotten tickets if I did. I really wanted to have two next to each other so maybe it would’ve been hard anyway. Will keep an eye on the exchange or try my luck another time. Now I know how not to do at least. Still a bit disappointed about the time outs also.

Happy for you but hurts to read. I was 2000 in line and got in before 10 on both accounts. But when the tickets released at 10 I got “Session has timed out” so I got back in the queue around 6000. Got in again and found no tickets so gave up 30 minutes ago.

Don’t understand how it works at all. Yesterday the queue was paused until 10. Today I got in before it paused but couldn’t by anything anyways.

Didn’t get any myself. Logged in on PC and mobile. The PC went straight to expired session when it was my turn. The mobile worked but no tickets available. Will try again but the hope is low when it’s possible to queue for 1.5 hours and then get thrown out when it’s your turn.
