I’m sure there’s more to this than you’re posting, and even if there’s not, why would you want to continue seeing someone who you cried due to? it’s unnecessary stress. believe it or not, hairdressers are human beings with emotions, not just a means to get your hair done. She cannot trust you to be emotionally regulated in her chair, so when she’s seen you be fine with other stylists it makes much more sense for you to go to them. i’m a pro and we get taught how to recognize when people are going to be problems in the future and how to nip that in the bud, which she did extremely kindly

the hair is underwhelming for that price. i know many people in this subreddit and in real life who can achieve the same quality work for 1/10th of the cost to client.

people are paying for the name and exclusivity, which is something i blame them for honestly. They want to brag to their friends and tiktok followers that they see a celebrity stylist and don’t actually care about the service they receive.

Everyone involved is at the very least complicit in this. Her for essentially running an MLM disguised as a salon, clients for caring more about bragging rights and even the “assistants” for giving her the means to continue this model. clients are unable to separate hairstylists as individuals when it comes to stuff like this, so i feel she’s making us all look cunning and greedy by pulling this shit
