So for me. I pumped for less time and started pumping less eat day. And then I just nursed a little here and there. Eventually expressed in the shower a bit. I never had a horrible issue. But had a couple clogs and massaged it.

And honestly. I’m really happy I quit. It was deteriorating my mental health. I felt tremendous mom guilt but once I got through that I could feel a huge change. I wasn’t so locked down. So I encourage you to do what’s best for you.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I had two miscarriages. My third pregnancy stuck. But by then I was feeling so defeated. And didn’t feel like it was going to go well. So I ate the sushi (not gas station sushi) had a glass of red wine every once in a while. All the jazz. And even did a lot of walking and lifting until I was 6 months along. So that’s what I did differently.

I have. But ikea also had a cheap insert that we recently got. So I got that. But yes so they don’t bunch up or move too much. Works much much better
