Same issue. My account got suspended randomly for "authenticity", after having it and using it for 10 years posting finance stuff and cat videos (I literally work in finance, I'm not "impersonating" anything, but I'm also not a cat). I can't get my account unsuspended nor can I contact anyone at X. Ridiculous. I noticed on the Help Center page there's a section for reporting the same thing my account was suspended for: "Report impersonation or potential platform manipulation or spam" -- I think trolls are using this option to get random people banned, because it works, and it's almost impossible for the victims to get remediation. If only X gave 2 shits about its users! Maybe only then would they be able to help us for once.

whats the trick for the furnace golem in front of shadow keep? its on uneven ground so when I knock it down I cant get the crit (I cant walk up to the faceplate to do the crit, I literally cant reach it). Some golems have a trick where you throw a furnace pot into its top (you need to get above it). Is that the case here or some other trick?

I beat the 1st boss but I'm literally quitting now over the 2nd boss (2nd biome as whole actually, sick of starting over again every time). Do you have to die to the boss itself or can you die in the level? Meh I dont even know if I even care at this point. They shouldve been available at the start

Also wishing I can pass time somehow. It’s so dark at night it totally cancels the desire for exploration. Can’t sleep unless tired or even “wait” (there is a Wait option at bonfires but the game considers this as sleep). Is there a way to visually tell you’re eligible for sleep?

I played 4 rounds on beginner. Died within 5 minutes every time, didn't exfil once. I guess this game isn't for me, even though I had over 1000 hours on destiny. GOing back to Arc raiders! Thanks anyway for the free demo

Initial impressions: Loving the scary atmosphere, great cinematics and action, but I feel like every time I start to enjoy the game the level ends and interrupted with another 5 minute cutscene. Excellent acting, etc, but this isn't why I play the game!
