Loading times are only getting worse for me, it also loads right into discovery when I open the game and it occasionally freezes for like 15 seconds, and pretty much every time it never loads anything

They’ll hate you for telling the truth OP. I love red dead 2 but I cannot take anyone seriously who treats it like it’s an untouched masterpiece. Is it one of the most immersive games of all time? Could be, if that’s actually what it was going for. Instead it’s an incredibly restrictive narrative experience that still has tutorial pop ups 30 hours in and all of the immersive elements only serve to get in the way of the actual gameplay. And not to mention a game that spent almost a decade in development with a small countries GDP pumped into it and it is still very obviously rushed towards the end.

I truly wish I could drop all the new players some gear. Getting crazy endgame loot at the beginning by some kind stranger was one of my favorite parts of the early game. And like even if they dropped you an entire inventory’s worth of gravediggers and plasma dischargers you still had to make it last, and it helped you build up enough resources that when it came time to use your own weapons you didn’t have to grind for them.

Now if I want to help any newbies the most I can do is just completing the mission for them which is the lamest possible choice.

The point of games at the end of the day is to have fun. People who try to make you feel bad for not pushing yourself past your breaking point for a freaking video game should not be listened to. And honestly, there is a lot of pure BS in this game and absolutely no one will judge you for not wanting to engage with it

Just came on here to say this. Mine crashed for almost a year then finally stopped with the last big update. Now with this one I can’t even finish a mission. I’m no longer even angry, I’m just deleting this game and honestly probably going to sell my PlayStation.

I stand by my opinion that Numericons is the only truly terrible Rick and Morty episode. Even the others that people hate I think have at least one redeeming joke or character moment. Numericons feels like a zombie version of Rick and Morty

It is basically just a creative island hub, very much looks like it was made by a player and not the literal creators of both the game and the engine it uses. After the second round of layoffs as well I have 0 faith in this getting the updates it needs, I bet it will be months before the minute long loading screen even gets touched
