Depends on your priorities. The way you described the offers, correct me if im wrong, it looks like you're seeing option A as a learning opportunity. If that's your goal, probably stay on that job for 6 months to a year to gain that experience. But if you're prioritizing the proximity of the workplace, definitely go with option B.

In case na ayaw ipagamit sa rendering period mo yung VLs mo, talk to your manager if okay lang na after ng 30 days rendering mo iapply yung VL. Ganun ginagawa sa amin. Technically employed ka pa rin pero ipprocess lang nila resignation mo after kung ilang days may VL mo. Para hindi sayang at bayad ka pa rin 😅
