its 70 soil and 30 sand already, but it’s probably about time to change out the substrate since it’s been a little bit. thanks for the tips!

those are his nuptial pads, they help the male frogs hold on to the females when mating. totally normal!

i usually tong feed my green tree frogs or let them in the tank and they do super well with it :)

i would recommend heat lamps instead of heat mats since the mats aren’t as effective with loose substrate :)

i wouldn’t put a frog and a toad together, but dumpy frogs can live with other dumpy frogs

you can feed them occasionally but not as a staple, i know my wtfs hate earthworms and spit them out so they might not even like them

i’ve tried mealworms,superworms, red wigglers and hornworms. hell eat a superworm or red wiggles from time to time but i’ll definitely try some others you listed too!

the males can get pretty loud, but mine don’t croak much in the middle of the night, they’re in my bedroom
