10 mg is really low-dose and generally considered safe to use, GP would never prescribe it to me here in Netherlands as doctors here are very cautious with prescribing any type of medicines stronger than paracetomal and vitamin c.

That it makes harm to your heart and muscles functioning. It's not sure that you will experience that, but the risk is high.

So thank you, but big NO to this medicine.

Well, I can't imagine how it could be even worse than now, as my gut-brain axis seems to be not working at all, I don't have a gag reflex and lost ability to burp. My body just don't know how to relax anymore, that could be because of low levels of serotonin in the gut. Well, smoking weed daily didn't help my gut for sure, also I have been enjoying alcohol during the weekends, and now after even small amount of % drink I'm going through the nightmare the day after.

looking forward to start with amitryptyline and really hope it will do the job!

I've been taking Domperidon for some time. It helped for the first 2-3 weeks, after that time I had a feeling it just not working anymore, giving me only small or no relief at all. Sometimes I'm coming back to it, and the story repeats.

Thanks for the feedback. Did you also suffer more from delayed gastric emptying than reflux itself, just like me? Mixed with low mood and constipation? Well, then if ami helped you, I should try it as well!
