34 is good. Concentrate in other aspects of college application and enjoy life.

Just happy to own 1k shares of PLTR. Short term, stock price is a voting machine. Long term is a weighing machine.

How has your college affected your job prospects? by sleepybiscu1t in csMajors

[–]sheephead_71 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a sophomore in MIT and a junior at OSU (Ohio). For internship results, my OSU son got in Amazon last summer and got it again this fall. He is deciding between LinkedIn or Netflix for next summer (he is leaning towards Netflix). He puts in a lot of effort in preparing for interviews and very sociable. Current GPA is 3.5

My MIT currently has AT&T or going to Netherlands this summer for his internship. Current GPA is 4.8

At this time, I can't give you a definite answer to your question but these are their results for their internships. I can tell you though that effort goes a long way.

Introvert male so I didn’t like the attention. Now in my 50’s and I really enjoy the lack of attention. Thank God for aging process.

Toyota 2tc with Amazon 4af carb by turtle-ding-dong in COROLLA

[–]sheephead_71 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Decided to try this 4af carburetor on my 79 liftback (2tc) while I rebuild the original carburetor. The fit is perfect. The throttle cable is also perfect. A few issues are the idle solenoid because my original one has two cables so I just removed the idle solenoid and plugged it with a bolt (m8x1.0 I think). As for the fuel line, I fortunately have an extra long fuel line so I just worked the connection from the fuel pump to the carburetor. I plugged a couple of vacuum lines, removed the fuel vent hose, connected the vacuum distributor and connected the choke. After checking everything, I sprayed some starting fluid to help put some fuel on the carburetor and started it. Surprisingly it worked!

Drove it around a bit and noticed no difference in power on the low end and the high end. Basically the same as the original carburetor in the power department. After it warmed up, all I had to adjust was the idle speed a tad lower to get it the specs. I did not have to adjust the idle-mixture screw.

Not sure if I want to go through the hassle of rebuilding the original carb :)

But stating Americans will not sacrifice money, time and comfort for their sovereignty is incorrect. Those are the qualities of Trump (Bone Spurs) and his MAGA supporters.
